Position Summary The overnight Pharmacist position is based on a 2‑week shift rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off (see required qualifications for details). This role is part of our hybrid work‑from‑home / onsite model: up to 75 % work from home, 25 % onsite in Orlando, FL (subject to change as business needs change). The hybrid model takes effect after completion of training and meeting expectations (minimum 3 months). Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy located in Orlando, FL. Specialty pharmacy is an exciting area for Pharmacists, especially at CVS Health—one of the largest providers for specialty pharmacy therapy in the United States. As a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while leading and guiding supporting staff. Your responsibilities include drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs. Required Qualifications Current Pharmacist License in good standing in the State of Florida. Reside in the State of Florida within commutable distance of Orlando, FL. Six months pharmacy experience. Six months work experience with Windows‑based applications such as Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email. Available for the following shift rotation: Week 1: Sun‑Mon‑Tue OFF, Wed‑Thu‑Fri 7 pm‑7 am, Sat 6:30 pm‑7 am. Week 2: Sun 6:30 pm‑7 am, Mon 7:30 pm‑7 am, Tue 8 pm‑7 am, Wed‑Thu‑Fri‑Sat OFF. Preferred Qualifications Licenses in other states desirable. Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions. Education Bachelor’s or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full Time Pay Range Typical Pay Range: $45.43 – $76.15 per hour. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position may include a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program.
